LOL!You're a genius, Moe. There's just no denying it.

The girl's treatment was arbitrary and Southwest has no uniform dress code.

If her lawyer is competent, she'll get a nice chunk of "go away" money.

You’re probably right, and that’s excellent evidence of an out of control legal system. She SHOULD be laughed out of court, but Southwest will likely settle. What a shame.

The real story here is the way the media frames these types of issues. They absolutely love to paint individuals as victims as opposed to the greedy, heartless corporations. Southwest is the real victim here. It’s not like their employees have nothing better to do than to act as clothing inspectors.
