Haven't posted a vanity in a long time. Work for a LARGE software company, and the constant SUCK-flap is driving me crazy!!

You really don't know what you are missing. Other than at a wedding I attended, nothing else has been on my feet since May. What you really have to wonder about is somebody that reacts emotionally to others' shoes.

I have a 98 uear old aunt- a New Yorker- who was a fashion plate in her day. She said there were more terrorists making women’s shoes these days than there were in the Mideast.
It is a huge issue, by the way.

i used to work at a fortune 500 company and all you had to do was look at their feet to see if they were there to work??? or just there looking for an engineer type meal ticket.

those there to work wore sensible shoes or changed into gym-shoes etc. when they got to work.

I was picking up some things months ago at a local K-Mart and needed a pair of shoes to get on and off my feet easily. I saw the Crocs and thought, OK, they’re ugly as hell but they’re cheap and will do the job. Little did I know that they were the fashion shoe of the season and that everyone was wearing them. I have never found a pair of shoes as comfortable than these $9.99 rubber ones.

Yes those are the ones. EWWW . They are dangerous too. My friend who is tiny wears them to work. She broke her foot & ankle because she tripped a few weeks ago. I hate wearing them & won't unless I have to go to a wedding & can't find a comfortable pair of lower thicker heels.
