The absolute weight control gene is right on the front of your face. It is call: the mouth. Keep the damned thing shut and don’t push 8,000 calories a day down your pie hole, and you won’t weight 455 pounds on your 5-7 frame.

The typical ignoramous doesn't understand how a 1500 calorie per day diet can load 400 lbs on a 5'7" frame.
Are you typical or exceptional?
Read the article first and that'll kick you back into the "typical" category ~ genes are powerful little devices.

What if you push 2,000 calories down and still gain weight due to the way in which your body functions?

It is call: the mouth.Yes, that is the biggest factor. But just like anything else affected by the genes, the gene could make it harder for one person to switch off the appetite centers and/or to metabolize what is eaten rather than storing it as fat. In other words, it would make it a lot harder (but not impossible) for one person to maintain a weight of 150 pounds than it does another.
