That is a good point. Just being on the same stage as that goofball Paul makes them all looks bad....to a point. It also makes weak candidates look better than they are.

That was Mitt’s best answer. His record on taxes is solid. He even sent tax bills to taxpayers when the Democratically controlled legislature threatened to raise capital gains taxes. Taxpayers revolted. As for the idea that the middle class is overtaxed, its just not true. I have four kids and a house. I have enough tax deductions with my above average salary that I hardly pay any federal taxes. What we need to do is keep the Bush tax cuts permanent.
