I call that a Neo-coMmunist. Hillary and most of the Democrats in the house and Senate are Neo-coms.
On many domestic issues there is almost no difference between the people you describe as neo-communists and the ones I describe as “neo-conservatives.” They are both adamantly opposed to private ownership of guns, they are both hard-core supporters of open borders, and both groups are openly hostile to anything remotely resembling a strict constructionist interpretation of the U.S. constitution.
