ARTICLE SNIPPET: “Last month, suspected JI member Kaharudin Talib was arrested in SM Bicutan after police received information about the JI’s plot to bomb SM malls and the Food Terminal Inc. in Western Bicutan, Taguig City.
The local police also discovered an improvised explosive device placed in a styrofoam package at the perimeter fence of the National Food Authority inside the FTI complex, which Corpus said provided an important lead to Talib’s arrest.”
