Not by you.

Not true. I have answered it many times the last couple of days.

The charge was disorderly conduct...not lewdness.

Look at the feet. It is the same pair of shoes in mirror image.

It seems to me that there might be better ways to deal with this behavior.
Something as simple as putting in full length divider walls would help.

The stalls I’ve been in are nowhere near that big. Looks like the guys are wearing the same shoes & I’ve NEVER seen a floor like that. Look at the angle of the tile. I say photoshopped. Bigtime.

Deserves repeating and emphasis.

Regardless of Craig being guilty or innocent, I think the cop is an assw*pe!

"GROSS! Was he going to use a piece of TP he found on the floor? This alone is grounds for removal from the Senate....LOL..it shows very poor judgement."

Heh.....I was thinking the same thing.

then it would be unlikely that a person to the officers left would reach across with their opposite hand to stroke the underside of a stall to their right.

I think you are missing something. The gesture was probably some sort of whacking off "here's what I want..." or "here's what I'm offering" motion that these fine gentlemen recognize. Maybe the signal wouldn't work with the right hand from that side. Or maybe his right hand was busy. It would be interesting to know which hand the senator normally beats himself with. Actually, I guess it wouldn't.

I can't imagine the humiliation. People behind keyboards speculating about the specific mechanics of your stall peeping, footsie, and obscene gestures. Time to go.

Apparently that's what we need to protect us from queers and cops.

You are willingly ignorant and spouting bogus statistics and you don’t bother to check out the replies.

Anyone in the health care field knows that you are out to lunch on you somewhat muddled statements about infertility and your suppositions about a man who has no children.

You need to quit posting, google infertility and learn something.

Not once, have I been able to identify any illegal activity!

In all honesty, I thought that Sen. Craig was guilty and finally got caught.

Today, I think that the police officer should be facing a few criminal charges instead.

Below is the full statute. He plead to Subdivision 1(3). That’s not resisting arrest or anything like it.

609.72 DISORDERLY CONDUCT.
Subdivision 1. Crime. Whoever does any of the following in a public or private place,
including on a school bus, knowing, or having reasonable grounds to know that it will, or will
tend to, alarm, anger or disturb others or provoke an assault or breach of the peace, is guilty of
disorderly conduct, which is a misdemeanor:
(1) Engages in brawling or fighting; or
(2) Disturbs an assembly or meeting, not unlawful in its character; or
(3) Engages in offensive, obscene, abusive, boisterous, or noisy conduct or in offensive,
obscene, or abusive language tending reasonably to arouse alarm, anger, or resentment in others.
A person does not violate this section if the person’s disorderly conduct was caused by
an epileptic seizure.
Subd. 2.[Repealed, 1969 c 226 s 1]
Subd. 3. Caregiver; penalty for disorderly conduct. A caregiver, as defined in section
609.232, who violates the provisions of subdivision 1 against a vulnerable adult, as defined in
section 609.232, may be sentenced to imprisonment for not more than one year or to payment of a
fine of not more than $3,000, or both.

I know...everyone should have noticed that this story carried the news this evening.

Not a word, NOT ONE WORD, mind you, about Clinton and the Chinese money.

Wake up freepers...you’re being played.

Holy crap, I can`t believe all the hostility from all this!! I can`t even keep up with all this hate mail! I think my computer is going to explode. LOL!

Listen; I did not mean to infer that a childless couple means that the husband is gay. What I meant to say was that when a single man marries a woman who has had 3 kids from previous marriage, and that man is now in his 60`s, it`s pretty hard to believe he doesn`t have any kids of his own because he is “infertile”...Especially with a guy like this Larry Craig who a trained professional arrested for gay advances.

And yes you may raise dogs and know all about biology, but believe me, if that Johnson can still stand at attention that male is fertile I don`t care what you say. There are thousands of cases where men in their 70`s even 80`s have impregnated women. Picasso, Anthony Quinn on and on. All I said is when a couple cannot have kids, just about 100% of the time it is because the woman is infertile! Why do you disagree with this when you know it is true? Why is this offensive? You seem to be confusing erectile dysfunction with castration.

Nope, I can not identify a single item in that law that would justify the police officer charging Sen. Craig with any legal violation.
