The locally owned bakery in Dallas saw the writing on the wall, and sold out to Bimbo a few years ago.

For whatever it’s worth, BIMBO is pronounced “Beem-bo”. They aren’t hiring illegals. Instead they’re buying up local bakeries. (They’re one of our customers and yes, business is booming. Look for the non-union label.)
