Sure, both are living beings.
Are you by any chance a Christian?

Sadly, our popular culture will probably embrace his remarkable character and redemption a few years from now when he’s done at the bighouse....

The “hatchet man”, Chuck Colson, became a Christian.
Hope for the best, prepare for the worst.

I just doubt that He did. We shall see. I doubt it too but will also wait to see.
Jane Fonda claimed to become a christian too. Where's the fruits of her new life?

He is looking at a combined loss of over $144 MM. What an idiot. Easy come, easy go.

Both would be cruel acts, but the object of each of the acts are different. One is a human being, another is an animal.
Think about it again...

Good point. If he was remorseful and asking God for forgivness....he’d at least admit all he’s done. What a crock.

First thing to do Michael is not tell a lie concerning Jesus. Saying you have found Jesus when you haven’t ain’t gonna go over too well with Jesus. You have not FOUND Jesus, you are simply seeking sympathy.

Yes, I am ..and don’t give me that crap about ‘dominion’, etc....it’s all an excuse and can be interpreted many ways. Think about ‘dominion’.

WWE will get him. I can see it now. Vick breaks through the paper wall to a light and pyro show, being led by 4-5 barking growling pit bulls pulling in 2” heave steel chains. Vick leads them into the caged ring and lets them loose on the other wrestler. This is a pay-per-view if I ever saw one.

“Now vick, when you get in front of the camera give the sad dog look, uhhh no forget the dog part, just look as sad as you can. Try thinking of how it will feel pushing a grocery cart and begging for money. That should do it. The sad, downhearted look. Say you were immature, but DO NOT admit any guilt. Then to sell it play the Jesus card. Remember, sad eyes, immature and Jesus. That’s what you are paying me for vick, good advice. Here sign this check Bubba.”

But its never too soon to be sorry, and piling on such a person isnt good. IT is more than fair to rightously criticize Michael Vick. It is not about 'forgiveness'; it is about speaking out against that which is totally sick in our culture; and those who thrive on it; grow and carry that sickness.
We do not have to take at face value; his 'confession'; whereby he still maintains his dishonesty re many of his crimes committed.
And even; should some think he is sincere; the criticism are still earned. .. and are just and are justified.

Amen! I pray he’s sincere. I don’t want to see him lose it all because he was a fool.

I wasn't even going to talk about dominion.
So, if you're a Christian, what is your basis for belief that the life of a human child is equatable to that of an animal?
