Open question to the forum: anyone else see a Constitutional issue or problem with “Surround the area 100% and round them up and ship them back?”

Unlawful assembly, demonstration /protest / parade without a permit from LA’s Raza Mayor ...failure to disperse as ordered ring a bell.......process those detained for civil fines as you would for any American doing such and, ooooops , whats this ? Your not a US citizen ? Do you have a tourist or student visa ? No .......call ICE and ya have a twofer !

If that’s unconstitutional your reading a different version than I am rude boy.

Does our sovereign nation have the right to defend itself from invasion? Yes or no.

U.S. Constitution, Article 4 Section 4:

"The United States shall guarantee to every State in this Union a Republican Form of Government,

and shall protect each of them against Invasion;"
