Kingston seems to be right at the back of a nice bay which will “catch” a lot of the tidal surge. Perfect conditions for flooding from that NW quadrant.
Thanks for posting this map.
Welcome, got tired of trying to figure knots!
Imagine the force of the wind while sticking your hand out of the car window while going 150 mph....
They may lose that little penninsula south of Lionel Town.
I don't know if I can watch this anymore.
Same deal with the Utah coal mine thread(s). Much more "breaking" than a congresscritter leaving the public teat yet you won't find them in Breaking or Front Page.
I hear ya. Now I can reference your post when they start talking about knots.

Shows membership around the world. Don’t know how current the list is.

That list shows 7 in Jamaica.
I don’t understand what happened to the breaking news bar. Years back, I could check it for new stories. Now the stories don’t change for days.
Im looking at Ivan in 2004, it took nearly the same track just south of Jamaica. A Cat 4 but became a 5 just after passing.

The mudslides can do drastic damage. I’m with you, I’ll stick to the flat country!
You are a tad closer than we are too. ;)
I love FR but breaking news has become really boring. Same stuff.
This thread is in breaking now.
Good job.
Yep, FR Breaking News used to break before anywhere else. Now, pffft. (and dittos on the love FR, of course ;)
