WBC of Topeka is a non-prophet organization.
The more we are able to isolate and ignore this fringe group -- the sooner they will fade back into the woodwork.
Perhaps contact your local/state Patriot Guard Riders -- they may be willing to mount up a mission to run interference against the ugggs...
Justa thought.... MHO...

No offense to you, but why would ANYBODY pay the slightest attention to these fringe kooks?
Wasn't this "Phelps Family of the Westboro Baptist Church in Topeka, Kansas" nothing more that a sneaky Democrat political operation to try to smear Christianity? Although there may have been some impact from the soundbites early on, these crackpots have long since "jumped the shark". Time to forget about them.

Can’t the Baptist doing something about removing the name from this group (Westboro Baptist Church)WBC or sue them?

The people of Minneapolis and elsewhere should chip in for buses and at a distance, make a human wall around the funeral site.
Ditchable hat pins acceptable to take care of anyone attempting to crash through the tight cordon.

The Westboro cult is evil. They see malice where other people see only genuine tragedy. And the way they exploit human suffering is reprehensible and an affront to the conscience.

The authorities should tell the protester-provocatours that the police will not be there to protect them.
See how brave they are- and if God will protect them.

What I want to say about the Phelps “family” would get me banned from this forum.

Maybe we can get them to test a 200 foot bungie cord from a 100 foot bridge?

Isn’t Minnesota a very liberal state? The Phelps AntiChrist-ian family may have jumped the shark with the Left with this little stunt!

The cousin of our my wife’s best friend is among the missing. Why does this guy Phelps have to make Hell on Earth?
To: Brynn2007
I can understand the Phelps morons thoughts as to why they are picketing the funerals of dead GIs(don’t agree by a mile, but comprehend their stupidity)but I don’t get this one at all.
Have they explained their “rationale” behind this act?

Those dirt bags threatened to show up here for some military funerals. Rolling Thunder and others of the “evil” biker ilk let it be known that their presence would not be welcome. I think the Sheriff in PA kept them a good distance from the Amish kid funeral. I was not in country at that time or I would of done bodily harm on them for that one - the Amish do not want nor will they accept violence on their behalf - but......

If the Phelps clan showed up at my dead relative’s funeral, I and my family would beat them to death. Should have been done a long time ago. In a more civilized era of this nation, Fred Phelps would have been in the ground years before this.

The Phelps Family of the Westboro Baptist Church They seem to be in some sort of a self perceived contest to be more hated than Osama, have more press coverage than Paris, and be seen as less intelligent than Cindy. From that perspective, they are doing pretty well.
