Actually I think of both the terms Limey and Mick as fairly friendly nicknames.

A lot of Irishmen in Britain get the nickname Mick or Paddy.

If I was called a limey I would not be offended I see that comment in fact as part of our heritage and it also shows that us Brits had an understanding of natural medicine way back.
