"It appears to be not terror related incident". I think this statement at that early stage of the game is premature and irresponsible. I believe they are going to cover it up even if there is a terrorist link to it.

As I posted earlier, if there were even relatively small quantities of explosive used, everyone in the vicinity could smell it.

They also have constant running traffic cams in that area which I am sure are being gone over as we type.
