Well, just in this one article there are three different graduation rates mentioned. If they can't even count and figure a ratio in Detroit, I'd say they have an educational problem. Further, I can't find one thing Gingrich said that seems untrue.

I don’t know what Detroits graduation rate is, but I GUARANTEE YOU THIS! It isn’t remotely near the 67% which was the high number offered in the article.. you have to fudge the numbers big time to remotely come close to a near 70% graduation rate.
Its definately under 50%, no doubt.
When you have a city in such collapse that the people who have fled are now moving their ancestors graves out of the city because they don’t feel safe enough to visit a graveyard in the middle of the day there.. you have a big problem.

I worked in HR at my company's plant on Detroit's east side and I saw the resume's, I saw the idiot masses parading thru as they were being interviewed and tested by an outside recruiting firm we had hired to staff us with weekend help. I also witnessed the approximately 90% attrition rate of everyone of these Detroit people we had hired...................
They are not only not qualified for graduation but most importantly they are totally unprepared for the workforce..........
But they will vote for Democraps for their entire miserable lives.........
Man, you wouldn't belive the crap I witnessed while working at that plant........
