I just check my handy dandy pocket sized copy of the US Constitution and I'm unable to find the words 'agriculture', 'pets', or 'medical research' anywhere in Article 3, Section 8.
Strangely my copy also lacks the words 'farm subsidies' entirely.
I wonder if Congress is working from a different document because whatever it is they're using it sure as Hell isn't the US Constitution.

Thank you, Lurker! I keep my 'Pocket Constitution' right here on my desk, and I can never find whatevertheheck these CongressCritters are referring to within its pages, either!! I think they must be using this edition:
