The advertisers care about one thing and one thing only...ratings. Fox is beating the crap out of CNN,PMSNBC, etc. so the advertisers know where their bread is buttered.
Bunch of Lib BS again.
Please no, we’ve got enough of ‘em here already, we don’t need anymore!.
dailykos is claiming through an email posting that Lowes buckled to their pressure an won’t advertise on O’Reilly’s show anymore. DIY shopping just got a little easier.
What a bunch of idiots. Wait until they watch FoxNews...make their list...and realize that the same big advertisers are also advertising on Olberman and CNN and their precious liberal news agencies.
They’ll not be able to boycott Fox News advertisers without hurting the same advertisers who have ads on the networks and shows that support their own point of view.
This is like removing all the food in your house to starve your roommate in the spirit of revenge...only to starve right along with him because there won’t be any food in the house for you to eat either.
I’ve seen CNN and MSNBC and ABC advertise on Fox.
Hey, FRiend—see post #28.
I came up with a better idea.
Pravda on the Hudson.
They alread have three 'Pravdas' -- they are known here in the US as the New Yoirk Times, The Washington Post, and the LA Times -- plus numersous 'baby Pravdas' all over the place.
Who can tell the difference these days? the nutroots have dirtied up the title "Liberal" just like the queers have totally degraded the word "Gay".
True, Olbermann is simply unreal in the levels of his vitriolic biased rants. I’ve only watched him a few times while channel surfing, but I cannot believe how any network can allow such unmitigated drivel without even a pretence of objectivity and fairness.
fwiw, for all the leftist rants against FoxNews, their ‘news’ programming is far more balanced overall than the liberal networks, i.e., you will just about always get a sense of what the ‘RATs actually said, in their own terms. FoxNews has plenty of liberal voices, in fact it’s not at all conservative — it’s just that the left goes utterly psychotic if they cannot completely control the information flow so they hate FoxNews with blinding fury. The ‘opinion’ shows such as O’Reilly, H & C, etc. are explicitly presented as editorial, not straight news reporting. Even so, Hannity is balanced by Colmes, and O’Reilly goes out of his way to bring on opposing and dissenting viewpoints and give them a fair hearing. I’m not a big fan of either Hannity or O’Reilly, I find them both tedious, but the left-wing onslaught against them is simply demented ..... wildly irrational.

Why don't these hypocrites go after CNN, NBC, CBS, or ABC? Those networks consistently favor a liberal point of view. Oh, I see, only blatantly conservative views are to be targeted, not blatantly liberal views. Truthfully, FOX News is not all that conservative. I frequently have to change the channel because it's too sleazy.
Has anyone seen his website? http://www.jimgilliam.com/
PS: Love the compassion these guys ask for when they want to put everyone they disagree with on the unemployment line.
Until Fox News channel, they DID have a monopoly, and that's really pissed them off. Of course, FOX is really quite balanced and neutral in a lot of ways, but compared to these raving moonbats, you would think that FOX was channeling Barry Goldwater!
Mark
I’d like to see the moonbats try to boycott Proctor and Gamble or ConAgra or such. Their idea of a boycott is probably Burger King.
If that is true, I have spent my last dollar at Lowes. And I have spent a bunch of them there over the years.
In fact, I am going to check if this is true.
Been there done that
Th article above could have been taken straight from the Free Republic Archives.
We ( the Media Chapter)suceeded in getting Proctor and Gamble to reduce their dds for 90 days, but in the end , no real effect.
