Is there a lawyer in the house? I have a question: Would it be possible to set up a website that allowed users to churn out reams and reams of lawsuits against CAIR? Even if they were completely frivolous and the plaintiff didn’t show up in court, CAIR would have to expend a lot of resources dealing with them.

Filing fees can eat you up doing that.

If the suits don't have any merit, you could find yourself stuck with all of their costs in responding. This could backfire big time.
