Watch CAIR spokesmouth Ibrihim Hooper state matter-of-factly that nothing will stop them from suing anyone who dares report a Muslim to authorties and that the newly enacted John Doe provision doesn't change a thing legally.

In the Roman Senate, the reknowned orator Cato the Elder delivered a series of fiery speeches calling for the elimination of the North African city-state of Carthage as a threat to Rome by ending each oration with,
“Carthago delenda est!!” (Carthage must be destroyed!”)
Now, as a high-school student of Latin, I could never figure out how the intransitive `est’ (”to be”) got translated into the transitive verb “must be destroyed”.
(Heu, constat non sum bonum studentum Latinae.)

Imagine this is 1943. German soldiers posing as civilians have hijacked and crashed civilian airliners into American cities killing thousands. We are at war with Germans, not all Germans mind you, but with people of German descent who are killing Americans amongst others around the globe.
Now, should the US govt protect a German’s rights to fly on American airliners? Does the German’s right to fly outweigh that of American lives? Or should the US govt prevent all Germans from flying on American airlines until the war is over in an effort to protect American lives at home?
