Ah, the old race card trick from the DU handbook. There are well respected freepers of long standing who have met my family. They have told you in the past that the xenophope label is ludicrous, but like all self-described hopeless liberals you are free to continue tyring to sling it.

Now we get to the nut. All you pro-illegal libs want nothing more than to pretend that murder, rape, assault, robbery, burglary, enforced prostitution, vehicular manslaughgter committed by illegals is not part of the equation. It is. In fact to the victims and their families (and Americans who value the safety of other Americans higher than a cheap cleaning service) it is all that counts. Ask any rape by an illegal victim if she would mind spending an extra quarter for a head of lettuce if it meant that she and her sisters would be safe from another illegal rapist.

Soldier'sDad...you and I were introduced by ConcreteBob. You know what I do for the troops and I know that I misunderstood your post's meaning the other day. That is why I addressed it the way I did.
I wish to make it clear to anyone who cares to know, I’m not a liberal. I do not want illegal immigration to continue. I do not want illegal immigrants who commit violent crimes to be in our country. I want those who are deported. I want our borders secure. If that means building a fence, then so be it. I want any nation that purposely sends their criminals to this country held accountable. I want our government to do their job. I want those here illegally for economic reasons to be held accountable and to be made to follow our laws in becoming an American citizen. I want English to be our national language (but I also wish to repect the cultural heritage of others without the multicultural BS being pushed by liberals). My only point in any post on this topic is to the fact that all of what I want to happen is not easily or simply accomplished. The problem didn’t sprout up overnight, and will not be fixed overnight. It will take courage from the politicians in this country (something which is sorely lacking these days - and much of the reason I believe this problem has no simple or easy or quick fix). I’m not sure where exactly those here who constantly insult and berrate me are in disagreement with my on my thoughts. But, I’m tired of being accused of things I am not, or told I’ve said things I have not.
