We have legal workers that go home (south of the border) after harvest season. There are a couple of hundred of them right down the road from me right now. I don't know a soul that thinks they shouldn't be here.
Why don't we try replacing illegal aliens with the able-bodied American citizens that are now sitting home collecting our tax dollars? Reform welfare and you have a whole new labor force all of a sudden. It may take them awhile to learn that they actually have to work ... but they will do so before they allow themselves to starve and have their wheels repossessed.
These days the cell phones are prized higher than wheels.
That would be great, but do you really think a Welfare Broodmare is going to work as hard as a Mexican. Say what you want, but they are some hardworking people.
