I understand immigration is an extremely large issue and an issue that doesn’t favor well for President Bush but I really believe that horse is dead for a long time to come so can we stop beating it on every thread?

I wouldn’t advise you to hold your breath. FR news has become about illegal immigration 24/7. I rarely even bother to read replies anymore. I would even dare to say that this is why the freepathon is taking so long to meet its goal.

Well, tobyhill, the only way that horse is dead is because Americans, and FReepers chief among them, rose up in extreme anger against it. And, like any dead horse, it can be replaced in an instant with another just the same. This has got to be kept front and center for a long time, your views notwithstanding.
