They don't "investigate" child rapists.
They only "investigate" when they find out there's money being stolen and they've been left out of the loop.
LOL...just wasn’t thinking...Oh my you are so right. They could care less about the children...it’s always about $$$’s. Most in the UN approve of raping children.
