I understand your frustration, but a President just doesn't have the time or energy to address every issue or put out every fire. The best can only focus on a few issues at a time. They lose focus when confronted with too much. they are surrounded with people that afraid to upset him or speak a contrary word.

In a word, they are human.

I try not to get too upset when they fail to deliver all that they promise or let me down. Heck, I let my wife and family down alot. I can't imagine what comes across his desk every day and he has no one to pass the buck to.

I guess I'm trying to say that praying for the man helps alot. It may not make the guy a better president but it keeps things in perspective for me.

I understand the view piont you express. However, that doesn’t explain away the President attacking his own supporters far more VICIOUSLY then he is those that claim he lied about Iraq in the first place.
