Interesting behaviour.
My first response to a man exiting a burning car after a vehicular ‘accident’ would be one of rescue-assessment-render aid.
I wonder what it was about this guy’s [ the perp ] behaviour that motivated this lad to kick him in the ‘nads hard enough to damage tendons — which are demonstrably tougher than testes.
Perhaps the perp was saying something a cabbie would recognize as confrontational, eh??? ;-)

Oh ... in Iraq the jihadi’s have been known to hype-up on amphetamines in order to bolster their ‘courage’.
‘Speed’ in high doses can help you focus on the mission and ignore pain.
