Per an eye witness on Sky news the airport has two lanes in front of the airport used by buses and taxi's only. This vehicle drove past the gate looped out to get a better angle and tried to drive thru the double glass doors. This is not some driver mishap.

My grandparents were British and I've been fortunate enough to spend a little time in England visiting relatives. My impression is that Brits are a principled and classy people who are very considerate of others. Beyond that, they have a backbone of steel and anyone who thinks to come against them had better think twice.
