Islamic inroads to Europe (STRATEGIC DECEPTIONS - MUST READ!)
The Daily Telegraph ^ | June 29, 2007 | The Daily Telegraph

If you thought Turkey was no threat to the West, think again. A new generation of politicians is aiming to Islamise the state by stealth.

The AKP - Adalet ve Kalkinma Partisi, or Justice and Development Party - has a stranglehold on Turkey for the foreseeable future. ... Since coming to power, the AKP has done nothing revolutionary, but it does have a revolutionary agenda.

For all their suavity, its leaders seek to transform the country into a Sunni Muslim republic.

This collides with institutions and laws strictly limiting Islam's role in public life, and with a long-standing security alliance with Israel. ... A sinister slogan attributed to the AKP is that democracy is 'a bus we can ride until we reach our station'. ... The AKP's apparent ambitions in Europe are its most strategic deceptions.

Ostensibly, the aim is simply to accelerate Turkey's climb to prosperity. However, a key condition imposed by the EU is the army's abrogation of political authority - which suits the AKP just fine, for the military is the greatest barrier to Islamisation.

Moreover, the party shares the Islamist belief that Europe will inevitably be conquered by the high birthrates of its Muslim inhabitants - and Turkey's entry would immediately add some 70 million. ... The results are manifest in [media] coverage that mostly reflects the AKP agenda - and duly affects public opinion. ... the AKP has literally bought public opinion in poor urban areas by distributing food packages, paid for by contributions from big business.

Although the wind is blowing their way, I doubt if more than 15 per cent of the population really want a full-blown Sunni republic.

But the AKP is being patient. Gul and Erdogan are clearly willing to defer Turkey's Islamisation if they can advance Europe's.

I’m convinced of an Islamic super state (caliph) that will eclipse the old Ottoman Empire—the capital of which will be Baghdad. I do not know if this is or is not Biblical prophecy but it certainly will come close.

Where are the Mongols when you need them? They have excellent ways of dealing with caliphs.

Of course they got converted in the end...

Your birth control system at work.
If you need workers, they will come.
And when they come, they will vote.
And when they vote, they will determine.
Size matters.

That's the problem. The Turkish Army will prevent an Islamicised Turkey. But to gain entry into the EU, the Turkish laws must be changed where the military cannot overthrow an islamofacist government if it is democratically elected. Hence, the islamofacists want Turkey to join the EU in order to neutralize an unopposed military coup. If it did happen, the EU would have to take actions against the Turkish military.

Can’t help but think of Bill Clinton who rode into D.C. on a bus while Fanfare for the Common Man played in the background.

Is that the same Bill Clinton who bombed the Christian Serbs so that the Jihadists would have bases of operation in Bosnia and Kosovo?

“Moreover, the party shares the Islamist belief that Europe will inevitably be conquered by the high birthrates of its Muslim inhabitants - and Turkey’s entry would immediately add some 70 million. ..”

That’s what happens with legalized child sacrifice.

Unfortunately, that is a correct description.

I think he means they would ‘like’ to prevent an Islamicised Turkey. The rest of the post is quite logical catch 22 for the military almost.

I dont think any of the old assumptions are valid anymore.. the world is changing so fast , many of us dont know it. I’m not accusing him of that.. but I think all of us have to realize that we can’t rest on the old laurels anymore ,.. some places ahve changed so profoundly yet quietly that we may not even have noticed.
