“Car bomb found and defused in Central London”

ARTICLE SNIPPET: “The vehicle was believed to be a silver Mercedes which contained a number of gas canisters. It is expected to be taken away to the Forensic Explosives Laboratory in Kent for further tests.
Bomb disposal officers attended the scene to make the device safe. Police then cordoned off a number of entrances and exits to Piccadilly Circus Tube Station, which was then closed for safety reasons by Transport for London. The station is set to remain closed for much of the morning.”
