There were many Senators who voted against the immigration bill today cynically.. Many of them were reading the tea leaves and figured that
they would save their skins by voting no now. Make no mistake, had they gotten the yes vote today, they would vote yes on the bill.
Who are those senators? Kyl, McConnell, Lott, Domenici, Brownback, Rockefeller, Voinovich and Warner to name a few.
Yeah, sounds about right, just jumping on the bandwagon for this particular vote, once you see how it’s going. It’s like getting a “get out of jail card” for free — means nothing for those guys...

Right! Death to the GOP! Nobody should give the Republicans who voted "nay" on this immigration bill any credit whatsoever! We must throw them all out! After all, they are Republicans! And as most FReepers already know, Republicans suck!

Right! And as your post clearly shows, none of the Democrats excepting Jay Rockefeller who voted against this bill did so cynically...they are principled, vote-for-the-good-of-the-country Democrats! May they hold their heads high!
As for me, I'm hoping Isakson and Chambliss get voted out of office for their cynical nay vote! We've got to get rid of these hypocritical, cynical Republicans here in Georgia!
