No-I think it is up to us to push for border enforcement. What you refuse to acknowledge is that if this bill had gone through, they would not have enforced the border anyway. You would have 12 to 20 million permanent non-citizens demanding their rights and million pouring over the border in hopes of another amnesty down the road.
