Got my $75 back from the RNC

Called the RNC today and told them I wanted the last two years of contributions back. They said they would send the money I sent them just for the last 12 months - $75.

The first jerk hung up on me when I insisted I wanted at least two years $$ back so I had to call back.

I don't know if they are getting the message or not.

I got a similar response to my call to the Whitehouse yesterday, when I told the lady that the President is making it very hard for us out here among the grassroots Republicans with this immigration Bill. She sighed, and (I believe) she said, yes, as though agreeing with me.

If you think the RNC is doing such a fabulous job you can always pick up the slack for the rest of us and donate big bucks. Nobody’s stopping you.

I’d ask for my money back, but I stopped donating to the party a few years ago, and have no plans to ever do so again. I’ll donate to individual conservative candidates, but the Republican Party as a whole doesn’t deserve my hard-earned money.

Ditto. Why give to the RNC so they can back traitors like Lindsay Graham. You may as well fund terrorism. Actually amnesty is a means of funding terrorism. Bush hasn't figured this out yet.

You are assuming that because they will send no more to the RNC, that they will send to NO Repubs. I say no more for the RNC, but give GENEROUSLY to conservative candidates. I imagine that’s what most here mean, seeing as they indentify themselves as CONSERVATIVES. They’re not throwing the baby out with the bathwater, just refusing to change the RINO’s diapers.

Seriously, Cobra. You know I’m not a “bush-bot”, but I do respect the good things this man has done for us. Hence, I’m not about to join in the bash-bush-for-everything-gone-wrong-under-the-sun mob. He’s done good things, I believe he’s a good man, but there are no easy answers to the problems we face.....especially with the illegal immigration catastrophy.

The day I find any politicial who says and does what I want him to say and do, 100% of the time, I’ll think I’ve died and gone to heaven. LOL

I remember now why I left FR for a couple years. Talk about throwing out the baby with the bathwater. I bet these nuts run off a lot of good conservatives. I’ve donated a couple of times in the past when I was here and using the site for a month or so during big events, like election 2000, but I’m obviously not wanted, so I’ll take my opinions and donations elsewhere. And to the Bushbots who follow this post with “good riddance” and “don’t let the door...”. Pffffttttttt!
