I suspect that this has something to do with the truck traffic on 81, but dude, seriously: just don't break the law. Problem solved.
From reading the article, this is about a corrupt Republican congressman using his power as a state legislature to feed business into his law firm. The real solution is that he should be tarred, feathered, and then imprisoned for the rest of his life for his corrupt behaviour. After he is dead he should then be publicly hanged as a message to other corrupt politicians.

I thought that, too. People won’t hire a lawyer for a $200 ticket, but they will be practically forced to do so for a $3550 ticket.
