Sunday, July 15, is the date of the next quarterly campaign finance report, I was thinking July 1. Not disputing you, you may be entirely correct, I just hadn't read that before.

July 15 is the reporting deadline, according to the FEC site, but I now realize July 1 is probably the actual beginning of the quarterly reporting period. You aren’t the first to mention that, so I think you’re right.
Thus I think it’ll be the first week of July... just like everyone else has been saying for a month.
