Don’t feel alone. I heard Chertoff say the fence was funded. Hunter has said they “have to” fund it. Unless the funding was included in this homeland security bill, which they voted out. Hopefully we will have some more comments on that soon.
That fence bill is the worst sort of Rube Goldberg contraption I’ve ever seen. ;>P
