Fox am said that they thought it would come down some time today. Based on the statements I am hearing from the panel it sounds to me like they've already decided.

The panel does seem to have their decision made already. However, they will probably not issue/publish their decision for a week or so, just to give the appearance that they took time to deliberate and review the testimonies.

I notice that both of Nifong's attorneys are being combative with the panel. That is stupid of them.

Good. I hope they are real combative so Nifong can’t come back and sue them for lack of a vigorous defense and the panel becomes disenchanted with any possibilty of “sympathy” for the “poor wittle sot.”
