Delcambre town council unanimously passed the ordinance earlier this week making it a crime to wear trousers that show underwear.Guess it's OK with the town council to wear baggy pants without underwear...:)

Baggy britches on these bangers was a benefit for the bayou ! Incremental nanny overwatch crap again ignores the fact that laws already on the books can handle indecent exposure if such occurs.
