I think that we are going to find that Thompson is very similar to McPain when it comes to policy stances . Thompson is being looked to by the Republican establishment to replace the self imploding McPain campaign . Items are coming out about Thompson that don’t mesh well with the views of the people that are singing his praises.
The fact of the matter is that none of our top four candidates are going to totally pass the smell test and the question will be : Which one are we going to settle for ?
