Has anyone noticed that Environazis don't seem to care about the tree population anymore

Has anyone noticed that ever since globalwarming has become the greenies big issue they have almost completely abandoned their other causes. Why don't we hear about the clear cutting of the forests and other green favorites. Obviously politics must be their chief concern otherwise they wouldn't have forgotten about their own issues.

And maybe because there are more trees in the United States that there were at any time before Columbus. And modern fire control practices have reduced grasslands while land every day is being reforested because our advanced methods of farming require less acreage.
The Woodland Indians as well as the later Indians were pyromaniacs when it came to largescale woodland burnings.

The greens were jumping up and down about cutting down trees for about 15 years so I guess we got about ten years of this global warming nonsense until they move on to their next lie.
What do you think will be their next apocalypse. I betting the protection of dirt.

Astounding that Nature worked so great for millions of years even without Al Gore.

All green issues are red herrings. Greenies motive is to wreck the American economy and that is the sole purpose of their movement.

..I didn’t know that......thanks....though I have read other studies that claim cause co2 is going up that some tress and plants are actually growning faster and storing more carbon.....thus increasing more o2 in the air....very wierd

“OLD growth forests because of the rotting vegetaion below them consume O2 and RELEASE CO2”
No wonder science has found that the spotted owls do better in new growth forests... the poor things couldn't breath in the old growth forests.

Funny how our “precious national resource” suddenly became a “renewable” resource. And hydro-electric is “environmentally friendly” again—who knew?!

It's quite simple.
Print media's raw material paper devours millions of trees per year world wide.
Why harm a liberal print media strongmen for this global warming thing?

Seems to me that their wilderness policies neglect trees so that they burn.

WHOOPS! I’n not smarter than a fifth grader! (& I don’t know when to stop FReeping and go to bed either!)

The trees are “saved.” The old loggers are in their 50s and 60s and their knees have given out. The ban on logging since the late 1980s interrupted the passage of logging knowledge to the next generation and they are now a rare breed.
The enviros now have so many regulations in place that no one can afford to log except the big boys.

I think you might have been thinking of sick, older trees. So, there was some truth there.

It’s all about power, the power to run your life. Whatever it takes to achieve that goal, fine with them. It never was about trees, spotted owls or DDT, it was always about power.

Suggest that the federal socialist forests be turned back to the states for sale to private buyers, and green Freeper eco-nuts will pour out of the woodwork.

Environazis like Loggers now because...
__________________________________
As plants and trees grow, photosynthesis--involving the interaction of sunlight, chlorophyll in green leaves, carbon dioxide (CO2) and water (H2O)--results in a net removal of CO2 from the air and the release of oxygen (O2) as a by-product. Also, moisture is released to the air through evapotranspiration.
___________________________________________
When forests die and decay, or are burned,
the biomass is oxidized and CO2 is returned to the air.
________________________________
So loggers get to the trees before the trees is oxidized.

Save the planet, remember no forests, no fires, no CO2.
