SOFIA, Bulgaria - President Bush, turning from adulation in the Balkans to difficulties back home, said Monday that his stalled immigration overhaul would be revived and his embattled attorney general would not fall under a Senate vote of no-confidence. ADVERTISEMENT
"I'll see you at the bill signing," Bush said confidently about an immigration bill that has run into deep trouble on Capitol Hill.

Way to go Bush.....Way to WORK on that LEGACY !!!!! /s
He has no respect for what the people of this country want.
Too bad We don't, apparently, have a say in it, hmm?
> Bush is coming up to the Hill to meet with members of the Senate tomorrow to twist their arms on HIS immigration bill. He is in a position to promise them the servings of pork theyre all dreaming of, and much else.
Great! More spending. What a fine conservative our president is... /sarc
> Time to start calling, emailing and faxing again.
Word. Vigilance, people!
MISTER PRESIDENT...TEAR UP THAT BILL!
I am done with Bush. He will not give up on the New World Order.
Bush the lame-duck.
Seriously time for a Million Minuteman March IMO!
Bring it on Jorge, Fat Teddy, Hairy . . .
I am speechless.
The coming weeks will test the metal of all good conservatives, moderates and those who love America more than party affiliation.
This is very depressing to hear what this man has in mind to do to our country and the dark fringe of America he is turning for support to get it done.
“Too bad We don’t, apparently, have a say in it, hmm?”
Oh, we have plenty of say in it. You should now find it quite easy to vote in the next election. Against all immigration bill supporters!
Okay.
NOW I am going to start writing letters to our President.
He obviously hasn’t heard personally from enough citizens.
My letter writing starts TODAY.
This is the defining moment where you loose your base, no matter what your political bean counters tell you.
When the Republican party gets its ass handed to it in 2008, just remember that you can blame it on Iraq. Never mind the boarder, Teri Scheivo......
Hello out there. Bush does not care what the masses of human capital want. If he did, he would not approve of a bill like this.
It is necessary for Bush to acheive the mission of his agenda. His job, get rid of US borders.
I bet most can figure out Slick Willies job, if they think about it.
“I’ll see you at the bill signing,” Bush said confidently about an immigration bill
The next time a” day in the life of President Bush” thread is started here,be honest to your readers and post this little comment !!!
Is this the President’s way of giving his base the finger?
>>Too bad We dont, apparently, have a say in it, hmm?
> Oh, we have plenty of say in it. You should now find it quite easy to vote in the next election. Against all immigration bill supporters!
Oh, yeah, we HAVE A SAY. Our calls and letters have PUT THIS BILL ON THE ROPES — **MORE** CALLS ***MORE*** LETTERS will put a stake in its putrid heart!
Therefore, Bush puts all his weight behind it.
Bush is, simply put, EVIL.
My biggest mistake in my voting history was to vote for this dumbass.
I seriously expect him to go way liberal on all issues. I sincerely believe he is attempting to elect Hillary Clinton so that she can return the favor in 8 years to another Bush.
