I think Chase wanted to teach us a lesson in how Bush is responsible for the difficulty in parallel parking.

If Bush did not support the big oil companies and try to steal oil in the middle east, cars would be smaller.

Meadow would then have had a smaller more fuel efficient car that would have been easier to park.
