Oh yea, I have to look it up, old hat now. The FBI listed real situations where cops got shot and killed and were found with a hand full of casings.
I know that every once in a while you will see some one do just that. Its something you have to train yourself out of.

That had to be a *long* time ago....
Of course, I can see it - the police range master telling them to catch their brass so it’s not on the ground on the range...
