One question I have not seen addressed — if this bill passes, is it irrevocable? Would it grant illegal aliens rights that were legally enforceable and could not be revoked by a later, saner Congress?
“One question I have not seen addressed if this bill passes, is it irrevocable?”
YES.
IT’S IRREVOCABLE!
Read the thing!
If it doesn’t scare you I don’t know what will.
That would never happen.
It could possible be shut down and/or amended to limit how many can get green cards later.
OTOH, you dont see that happening...
IT IS NOW OR NEVER FOR THE OPEN BORDERS FOLKS.

If they fail now, they will *NEVER* get amnesty for 12 million. That is why it is vitally important to make a loud noise to stop this. It *can* be stopped. Not necessarily in the Senate, but wounding it in the Senate will perhaps kill it in the House.
Urge every Senator to vote against and share your strong opposition. The time is NOW.
It is not irrevocable immediately. It just sets up a whole new set of rules and regulations for the illegals to follow if they want to keep their ‘temporarily legal’ status. We all know that the current regime of theives in Washington won’t enforce any of them, such as paying a fine, or getting a biometric ID card (whatever that is), or touching back to their country of origin.
However, if a new set of rulers takes charge, they could actually enforce the rules in this new law. If the new law were actually enforced, the government could deport the aliens who are not living up to it. If this travesty becomes law, I guess it’s just a question of whether we are able to elect leaders who will shut down the border, and enforce the law, before we are voted into a permanent minority by the low-skilled, non-English speaking hordes. If this goes through, I think we have about 10 years, maybe less, then it will be irrevocable.
