Which leads me to ask if the author actually checked the website. If he did, he’s not very astute about the internet, or websites.
If he didn’t, this is a political hit piece, and he’s lying.
If he's lying, then he's being charitable. A search of McConnell's Senate website does find lots of pages that mention immigration. Unfortunately, they turn out to be different flavors of the "bipartisan" bullcrap. (Why does it always seem that "bipartisan" means "The GOP grabbing their ankles"?)

So far McConnell’s done a pretty good job, thwarting Dingy Harry at every turn. I’m willing to give him the benefit of a doubt based on his performance since last falls election cycle.
