Heh, GMTA. I posted my question before seeing your comments. Seems that this is a direct violation of privacy.
One would argue there is no expectation of privacy out in the public (malls, shopping areas, public park, etc). While his behavior and beliefs are abhorrent, one can walk into a mall and take pictures of anyone you wish.
Now, posting them online (or putting them in a magazine, newspaper, etc) should be protected, because you are essentially advertising the pictures then.
Just my .02 worth.
/note - yes, I’d be happy to see him have an accident if he threatened my children.
