And if there is to be any anger to be directed, you err when you say it should be directed at "Joe and Jane America"...It should be directed at the "do nothing Federal government" who's job it is to curb this problem, not hide it, and appease it for low-cost labor and votes...

Joe and Jane America are the ones demanding these knuckleheads to start doing their jobs...We don't need new laws or some deal to make this better, you already have the tools to take care of this...Its scorn that needs to be levied against our government to absolutely shame them in allowing this to get worse and worse every year...
