We should also thank the Senate bill for helping to stop the candidacy of John McCain by exposing his horrible temper and foul mouth. A special commendation is due Senator Cornyn for his effort.
I am betting the talkshow programs will be heated today.
Supposedly, Kennedy wouldn’t let but a few pages of the document out. Much of it didn’t get released until late Saturday night, so very few have had a chance to see to details. As the day progresses, it would be really hot over the airwaves.
Let’s just hope that some of the pork projects included a significant budget allocation for new fax machines. Many Senators’ offices probably had their burn up over the weekend with all the angry faxes coming in.
