Watched the tapes. The GI did not appear drunk or high. That he missed his plane is a good indication he was cutting it way too close to departure.

Maybe when he went back to ‘discuss’ the issue with the TSA puke, it got a little heated.

BTW - The cop looks to have used a “snap” (Brand name ASP) baton - a steel rod in other words. The use in most states is illegal due to the injuries and deaths from the use of that type baton.

Just for the record, if some TSA type told me he was any kind of officer (when I was active duty), I would have told him to stick it - big time.

Yeah, the ASP is only supposed to be used on pressure and nerve points on the body. Back of the knee, legs get the guy on the ground to control.

I got the impression that Sgt England didn’t believe the TSA guy and called Bullshit on him and asked to see proof.
