HB1024, AN ACT TO PROHIBIT STATE AGENCIES FROM CONTRACTING WITH BUSINESSES THAT EMPLOY ILLEGAL IMMIGRANTS, was passed in the Arkansas Legislature earlier this State Session. However, I believe that El Nopal and the other company have federal contracts. HB2779, THE ARKANSAS TAXPAYER AND CITIZEN PROTECTION ACT OF 2007, had passed the House of Representatives, but was killed in a Senate Committee. A similar bill was proposed the session before but never left committee. We're waiting to hear complaints from the Mexican Consulate recently built in Little Rock.
Of course we loose more Americans to illegal Mexicans than to Muslim Terrorist, including 9/11. Will it take a Virginia Beach or Fort Dix incident in Arkansas to pass an immigration reform bill in our state? Will it take another 9/11 before our Federal Government gets serious about illegal immigration?

I eat at the concorde quite often and I was wondering about the legal status of the workers.

Those Islamic radicals in New Jersey should have just learned enough
Spanish to pass for Mexican and get hired on to work on an Army base.
That would be the easy way in to make a strike for Jihad.
Of course, having seen the file-footage on news reports of the cars
piled up to enter Ft. Dix...I’m suprised some Islamics haven’t taken
a lesson from the Pakistani that killed the folks at the turn-off to
the CIA headquarters some years back.
A few Isalmo-nuts with AK-47s and plenty of loaded clips could create
a real mess with a bunch of congested traffic at a base entrance if
they played their cards right.

ICE arrested 12 illegal aliens? Big Deal! The most recent more accurate estimate of the number of illegal aliens in the U.S. is around 34 million.
12 is a very small drop in a very large ocean. Come with me, I can take you where you can find hundreds of illegal aliens at any time.
Illegal Aliens are the real enemy of America. Like any invading army they are illegally occupying territory, stealing resources and changing the culture whenever possible.
Where am I wrong? Anyone?

This has to be a dozen or so raids that we’ve read about on military bases with aliens employed. And some still think those Albanian Muslims were just dumb homegrowns?

On July 1st there’ll be a tens of thousands of illegal aliens flooding into TN...
They are already starting to come in big groups and the rest will be here and in AL because of the new law in GA..
Lindsey Graham needs to just open his front door and invite them into his house..they will be in SC too...

You are right in that the illegal aliens are the main enemy and that hordes are invading this country. It is a new type of warfare, and at the least they should be deported and our borders should be protected. The only points where anyone might disagree with you is regarding the actual numbers, and some would consider a big deal to find 12 on an army base. It didn’t take many to cause 9/11.

Funny thing: looks like the CIP program that allowed the arrest was taken out of the most recent Homeland Security bill.
The Critical Infrastructure Protection (CIP) program was gutted earlier this week from a Democrat-backed Homeland Security plan which passed the House. CIP investigations are generally predicated upon the threat to national security posed by unauthorized workers employed in critical infrastructure related facilities. This is a real-world example of why this plan passed by House Democrats was a bad idea, Boozman said. I thank ICE and Camp Robinson for their due diligence in ensuring the security at our states National Guard headquarters, and one of the nations largest state-operated training sites.
