Aha...interesting! It strengthens my suspicion that the Sandler letter is a fake.

They didn’t contact them because they contacted XM, just like they contacted Freerepublic and not the poster. This post has been going on for hours, don’t you think the Mod’s and Freerepublics lawyers would let a fraudulent letter continue on? It isn’t fake.
