Or in the back seat; or at the beach; or on vacation; or in the honeymoon suite; or....
Do you feel like I do huh?
Sounds like a strong argument for a septic tank and a subscription to Penthouse magazine.
For those that have donated it is time to leave.
I have said in this forum before that as long as the woman has all of the choice over the disposition of an embryo, then the sperm donor (regardless of mechanism) should have no obligations. Prospective fatherhood becomes a contract with disparate cancellation privileges and should not be enforced.
This case is an example of the tyrannical trashing of property rights that can result.
Oops! All those Gay-Loving books used by the Teachers’ Union to indoctrinate, er educate, little kids in gov’ment skools will have to be re-written and re-titled. How about, “Sally has Two Mommies and One Daddy who Pays Money”...
How about a little common sense then?
And of course, there’s the child who asked for none of this.
Despite the contradiction to Political Correctness, there IS something to be said for the natural family which unto itself is NOT an attack against those who choose other lifestyles. The ‘alternate’ family will forever be the one that is the anomaly not unlike water flowing up a hill. That said, there are numerous examples of sisters, aunts, grandparents, etc. successfully raising children, but factory based fertilization supporting the interests of the ‘alternate’ family will no doubt suffer from it’s inability to become something that is otherwise exclusive to natural families.
Homosexuals ask to be accepted and understood. Are homosexuals willing to accept and understand the concerns of others?
hoist on your own petard...
or something like that...
if only he were allowed to wed his lesbian lover... er ... nevermind.

Proof positive that in the system of American "jurisprudence," no good deed need go unpunished.
LOL
The turkey baster confessed!
finally some recognition that fathering a kid is serious business
Well, yeah, if you’re white.
“Shultz-Jacob’s lawyer, Heather Z. Reynosa, wants Frampton’s support obligation to be made retroactive to when Jacob first filed for support. Frampton’s Social Security survivor benefits may also help reduce Shultz-Jacob’s monthly obligation.”
So, if I am understanding this, WE, the taxpayers, are going to be paying for these children. They are going after survivor benefits from the deceased “donor’s” social security. This goes through college for these children. The “other woman” wants her liability reduced by his SS benefits. Oh, goodie!!
I wont’t post the story here, but it is a must read -— http://72.14.253.104/search?q=cache:CVw86ptEyEMJ:www.drspock.com/faq/0,1511,9257,00.html+inseminate+turkey+baster&hl=en&ct=clnk&cd=11&gl=us
Exactly. When a man decides to “donate” his sperm, by whatever means, natural or otherwise, in whatever legal setting, he knows he is potentially creating a human being. IMO, he is responsible for that child as much as the woman is responsible for contributing the ovum. The two of them are the real parents, regardless of what laws or promises were made. It is HIS child. When you start squirting your sperm around, please realize you will have to take responsibility for it sooner or later.
Uh oh. There goes the sperm bank.>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>
I am going down there first thing in the morning and retrieving all 15 gallons I have deposited.
I assume most mothers are inseminated at home, don’t you?
Guys, avoid those lesbians with turkey basters.
